Marcus Tullius Cicero ( /ˈsɪsɨroʊ/; Classical Latin: ; January 3, 106 BC – December 7, 43 BC; sometimes anglicized as Tully) was a Roman philosopher, statesman, lawyer, orator, political theorist, consul and constitutionalist.
